Our Mystery SUP Exchange Policy
We want you to unbox your board and see it in person.
If you don’t like the design, please don’t take it on the water — just pack it back up and return it unused within 7 days.
The customer pays return shipping costs.
Once we receive the board back in sellable like-new condition, we’ll issue store credit for the full amount toward any other SUP on our website, and this time, you get to choose exactly what you want.
