How It Works
We’ll hand-pick a random SUP from our supplier network and ship it from the Canadian warehouse closest to you for super fast delivery.

Our Mystery SUP Exchange Policy
We want you to unbox your board and see it in person.
If you don’t like the design, please don’t take it on the water — just pack it back up and return it unused within 7 days.
The customer pays return shipping costs.
Once we receive the board back in sellable like-new condition, we’ll issue store credit for the full amount toward any other SUP on our website, and this time, you get to choose exactly what you want.
