Return Policy for Online Orders

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for any items purchased from our online store.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return.
  • All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories and any free gifts included with your order.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Changes

  • If your order has not been processed yet and you have not received tracking information, we may be able to assist with changes to your shipping address or order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
  • Once tracking information is received, changes are no longer possible.

How to Return an Item

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email.
  • Ship the return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items purchased from independent retail shops, or stores may have different return policies.
