Exchange Policy for Online Orders:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns. Only unused items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please review our exchange policy below for any items purchased from our online store.
Exchanges and Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange. This includes all accessories and any free gifts included with your order.
Exchange Process:
Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a store credit or exchange will be issued. Items must meet the conditions above to qualify.
Order Changes:
If your order has not yet been processed and you have not received tracking information, we may be able to assist with changes such as a shipping address update or item swap. We cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we will do our best to help. Once tracking is issued, no further changes can be made.
How to Exchange an Item:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item was purchased through an independent retail store or third-party seller, please contact them directly for information on their individual exchange policies.
