Returns Will Be Accepted For up-to 30 Days After Purchase.
Returns will only be accepted on un-used / un-opened items.
Returned items must be sent back in the original box with all accessories, and free gifts included within your order.
Once your return has been received at the warehouse, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change the address, or color. If you have not received your tracking information, we can try to accommodate a change, but we cannot guarantee this. We will try our best to help you.
Unfortunately if you have already received your tracking information, it is too late to make any changes.
Please email customer support to inform of return or exchange. Ship the item back to our warehouse with a tracking number to the address below. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
